ABOUT Not Only Pasta
The Recipe Website project was created by the English teachers team of Orio Vergani middle school: Laura Caria, Patrizia Gasparollo, Daniela Sansalone and Patrizia Grande. Then it was carried out as a school project by Partizia Grande and Lucia Travaglini who took care of the creation of the website with students from 11 to 14. Elisabetta Iudica supported us to check the accuracy of the printable recipes, she’s an amazing Italian chef who lives and works in London.
Most students who took part to this project are at their first year at our school. They chose their recipes, translated them into English, then cooked and filmed everything at home. I would also like to thank their families who gave a special contribution to our project.
It was amazing working together and we did our best to deliver a good job. I hope you’ll enjoy our work and maybe take inspiration for cooking at home or with your students. Some recipes can be prepared in individual portions, so that each student can make his own preparation.
